Our parcels are sent via the following logistics companies and services - Australia Post eParcel, TNT Raod Express, TOLL IPEC, FASTWAY; the use of a specific company depends on your item(s) wieght, size and content ( i.e. Dangerous goods). Details on which logistic company is used is provided in the item advertisement, and cannot be changed by the buyer.
Each parcel carries with it a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process so TheCoverGuys can track exactly where your parcel is. Depending on your parcel and logistic company; the barcode maybe emailed to the buyer for tracking.
The parcel will be delivered to your door where you will be required to sign for the parcel. If no one is home, a card will be left for redelivery. Some items will be left in a safe location at the delivery address, please check the item description for more details.
